The program is self-paced, so you can go as slow or fast as you want! I recommend going through 1 module every 7-10 days. This will result in a 6-8 week program.

4. I’ve tried intuitive eating before and it didn’t work. Why is this different?
Most other “intuitive eating” nutritionists/therapists/coaches tell you to eat what you want and stop when you’re full. But they completely ignore your intuition! Intuition is a spiritual component of every human that holds great power - and most people aren’t using this gift that we all have access to. By blending nutritional science with manifestation and spiritual principles, this course goes far beyond the surface of “intuitive eating”.
5. What if I’m not spiritual?
This program’s spiritual components will resonate with everyone, as long as you’re human! No matter what you believe, we are all spiritual beings living in human bodies. These principles are not religious at all, and they will only help to propel your growth and mindset.
6. Can I do this if I have dietary restrictions/allergies?
100%! This program is especially helpful for those with dietary or medical restrictions. The Food Freedom Collective will help you to see these restrictions as opportunities for abundance rather than as limitations or inconveniences. This will also help you strengthen your intuition so that you can be your own best advocate when it comes to confidently taking care of your health.
7. Will this help me lose/gain weight?
Eating with love & intuition is about eating and living for YOUR body. We will be working on empowering you to feel amazing at your body’s natural set point. For some, this set point is lower than where they’re at now, so they might lose weight. For others, this will be the opposite and they might gain weight. We will be working on mastering your mindset around food primarily, and the physical results will follow!
8. How will I keep myself accountable?
The combination of email and Facebook support will keep you accountable in this journey! You will also be required to complete your worksheets and journal prompts before moving onto the next module.
