The program is self-paced, so you can go through it as slow or fast as you want! I recommend going through 1 module every 7-10 days. This will result in a 3-4 week program. However, you will want to come back to the lessons for a few months until the changes really settle in.
When do we start?
You will have complete access as soon as you join! You will also have lifetime access to the program so that you can come back to the material at any time.
I don't think I have enough time for this...
Think about all the time you waste obsessing over your reflection in the mirror, trying on a million outfits, scrolling through IG models bikini photos, and lying awake at night thinking about how to lose weight - you have enough time for this! When you commit the time and prioritize yourself NOW, you’ll be saving loads of time, money, and grief in the long run.
How much effort will this take?
What you put in is what you get out! Personal development is the absolute best investment you can ever make - when you invest in yourself, you’re showing up for yourself and declaring that you are worthy of greatness! The effort you put in now will carry on and stay with you for the rest of your life. It’s worth it.
What if I’m scared to be vulnerable and dip deep?
You are never required to share any personal information with the community, but you may if you’d like some extra support and connection! That being said, you will be encouraged to get vulnerable with yourself. The longer you hide and shy away from pain points and old wounds, the longer they’ll stay with you and potentially get worse.
Will this cover food freedom?

Absolutely! This blueprint was designed specifically to go hand-in-hand with FFC. This is a deeper dive into confidence and body love than what is covered in the food freedom course, so I highly recommend it as an add on.
